Over 10% of the space on my phone home screen is weather-related apps or shortcuts, mostly focused on models (flowX, Windy) and actuals (shortcut to the rain radar), not forecasts

Main thing is to check the forecast, and not just metservice text - the rain radar and Windy etc. It's easy to avoid this kind of trouble if you are cautious about wind and fronts/squalls
