A red and black Chevy Bel-Air at a Wales, WI cars & coffee in 2025. This location has closed down, and the event has now moved to a new place that's closer to home for me, so I can't totally complain. However, what was once a twice-a-month event is now just once a month.
The classic Bel-Air, in it's kind of overpriced glory. This was from a cars & coffee at a place called Black Canyon Coffee, which has closed shop this year, ending their string of twice a month events. Sad.

'81-'82 Fiat 124 Spider Turbo. In truth, this car breathed life into something that was starting to trail behind in its segment. But for the American market it may have been too late, since just after this car's release, Fiat abandoned the US market and left Pininfarina to market the car themselves as the Azzuro (and the turbo model was also dropped). About 700 Turbos were made between '81 and '82.
'81-'82 Fiat 124 Spider Turbo. The addition of a turbocharger gave the car a wild 0-60 sprint of 9 seconds. Whew! And that was with 120 horses, up from about 100. This maybe made it marginally faster than some of the competition. Interestingly, when Pininfarina began marketing the car, they replaced the Turbo variant with a 133HP supercharged variant, sold only in Euro-markets.

A '60s Honda Dream for sale at a Honda dealership. That's a Beat in front of it and another Dream behind it. The white one they're asking $5k for. No idea what the value is it but it looks pretty clean and I wish had an extra $5k lol. And some room. Maybe if I sell a car...
So the Honda dealer that C&C last weekend had a little museum inside, old Hondas and a bunch of motorcycles, including a pair of Honda Dreams for sale. Kinda wish I had some extra cash and room for bike two. But don't we all?

Something a bit different and following my Mach 1 post: I almost traded the Mach 1 for this very Alfa Romeo GTV. I wanted a 1:1 trade and got to about a $1k difference. Because it was states away I walked. As much I regret selling the Mach I regret walking this trade more heh.

Not just cheap but good range, too. I'd love to commute in a Fiat 500e, but I would like a bit more range for longer drives (especially since my Miata gets a bit back breaking after a while).

Red 2004 Mustang Mach 1. I wouldn't sell my Miata to get one again, and I'd rather sell my Audi and Alfa to save for a house. However, if this exact car came up for sale again....I could be persuaded.

It's parked next to a current generation Civic, providing some compare and contrast details to how the Civic has changed over the generations. This dealership also had a lot of vintage Hondas inside the building, like a little museum.

I think Chevy just gets a bad rap based on a couple of issues. Their EVs have been consistently good since the first Volt. But then they get a headline like "All Chevy trucks grenade trans" And that doesn't look very good for their lineup as a whole. Chevy still prob has a better record than Ford

A beige 1936 Nash LaFayette. LaFayette, yes named for *that* Lafayette, was a luxury carmaker founded in 1920 that quickly ended up in the Nash fold by '21, and was scuttled by 1924.
