Yet another Balatro-like that doesn't really understand why Balatro is good. I believe Dice a Million's potential is higher than Raccoin's, but its chaotic nature, punishing balancing, and incredible lack of potential builds makes it significantly worse. Want this to be good eventually.

Replaced is sadly just... boring. Intriguing concept, lovely artstyle, great ideas. Just isn't executed as well as you want it to be. Though I do sympathize with the troubled development, it doesn't do enough with its concepts to be worth the time.

Raccoin was a good game, but not great. It is unfortunately derivative of Balatro to a point where it doesn't really offer anything to justify its own existence enough. I *like* it, but imagine if it tried to be more unique!

I played Dice a Million recently and I'm honestly so tired of Balatro-likes that don't even come close. Fully admit I'm being nitpicky as someone who 100% Balatro and looks for specific things in those that try to riff off of it, but I have yet to find one that is better than 'solid enough'.

Once I learned his Raise card abilities are situational compared to the Flush ones it became a lot less complex for me

Main thing is trigger discipline with his card abilities. Still one of my favorites out of my Lord characters!

The way the Knicks will randomly collapse in clutch situations will always and forever be the most infuriating thing about this team and why they'll never win anything.

Replaced feels like the video-game equivalent of a cheap novella you'd find near the register at a Barnes & Noble.

I agree that removing COD from Game Pass if it lowers the price is a great step in the right direction. For COD as an IP, the wrong year to do it though with GTA 6 coming out. Hard to justify buying COD to casuals this year over GTA and Game Pass would've gotten some of those players.

Backloggd is doing a 1998 throwback event soon. Cool choice but it made me realize I actually haven't played much from 1998 specifically beyond Fallout 2 and Half-Life 1. So I'll be binging some soon as prep! Obviously can't do everything, but I'm looking forward to it!

Well, this is the second time now a Pokemon game primarily developed by ILCA has been negatively received, so I wouldn't trust them touching the IP in the future.

ILCA should just never touch Pokemon ever again, they just have the garbage touch it seems
