When I went out to feed the geese this afternoon, I spotted something irregular in the dirt near where we park our cars. On closer inspection, it turned out to be...the missing doormat!

We have no idea where it's been since Sunday, but evidently Vidar felt he should return it.

Vidar looks so cute and innocent, huh? This past Sunday, he stole our doormat. This is something he's done before, but we've always found it in the past. Not this time. We've both searched our property (three acres), but no luck.

We suspect he buried it somewhere this time. 🙃
