Unfortunately no, there is no way to mute these. You might have some luck asking the owners of that list to stop naively re-adding you to their list even if you're already in it.

The reason is to get notified when you are added to abusive lists so you can report them and/or block the person that added you

A lot of people also use us to be notified when they get added to starter packs

Not a bug. It means that person has unblocked/removed you previously.

Are you sure you were actually blocked by someone since then?

We try do spam detection. So the delayed DMs are delayed because we think they might be spam.

Our services have been affected by downtime in a part of Bluesky's infrastructure (specifically Jetstream US-W1).

This should now be resolved as we have switched to a different Jetstream instance, but you may find that some notifications were not delivered successfully to you as a result of this.

It looks like in this case the part of our system which sends these queued notifications actually had a problem, so that's why they were delayed. Now fixed!

Most of the time this is just because you received a notification message recently, but sometimes it is also because the account blocking/putting you on a list is considered "spammy" by our systems so we delay it a bit longer for safety.

Do let us know if you don't receive those notifications.

The notifications are queued to be sent to you so should arrive in a few hours.

We try to avoid sending too many separate messages so that we don't get rate limited by the Bsky API. So we group notifications together and send them a bit later sometimes.

Hmm, well I don't see you as being a part of that list right now (maybe you were in the past?), how did you find it if you didn't see it on Clearsky (or via a notification from us)?
