Fact Check: Trump's HHS Review On Trans Care Filled With Lies, Pseudoscience The review, which was made possible by an executive order calling transgender healthcare "mutilation," reached its predetermined conclusion on its May 1st publication date.

1. Today, the Trump administration's HHS Dept., under RFK Jr., released a review of transgender healthcare.

It has no authors. It pushes pseudoscience and conversion therapy. It does not follow a scientific process.

My fact check of the Trump HHS review.

I created an Affirmation Sration at work, where anyone can take a post-it note with something affirming written on it. I then get the benefit of writing affirmations on post-it notes every day.

By far the most taken post it has been: "I am amazing"

This is what billions spent in propaganda to eradicate the trans community around the globe has gotten them. Multiple billionaires, political parties, and countries are fixated on eradicating the trans community to scapegoat us as a political weapon to attain more power.

Finding Hope And Spring On Transgender Day Of Visibility The past three months have been brutal for transgender people—but if there’s one thing our community knows, it’s how to travel through darkness to find spring.

1. Six years ago, during the hardest winter of my life, I found myself again. A month later, I found myself again, under a cherry blossom tree.

On Trans Day of Visibility this year, we travel through our toughest winter.

But we know the promise of spring.

Happens to me too. I work like crazy, then inevitably when I finally have time off, my body completely breaks down. Sorry you're experiencing it!

“You don't need a permit to protest in response to breaking news and you don't need a permit to march in the streets or along sidewalks, as long as you're not obstructing traffic or access to buildings.
When you are lawfully present in any public space, you have the right to photograph anything in plain view, including federal buildings and the police. If you believe your rights have been violated, when you can, write down everything you remember, get contact information for witnesses, and take photographs of any injuries. If you get stopped by the police, ask if you're free to go. If they say yes, calmly walk away.If you get arrested, you have a right to ask why. Otherwise, say you wish to remain silent and ask for a lawyer immediately. Don't sign, say or agree to anything without a lawyer present. If you get stopped by a member of the military or any law enforcement office at a protest, you have the right to remain silent or to tell them that you’ll only answer questions in the presence of an attorney — no matter your citizenship or immigration status.”

If you’re protesting this weekend, know your rights.

Now I'm
Where I want to be,
And who I want to be,
And doing what I
Always said I would,
And yet I feel
I haven't won at all.
Running for my life,
And never looking back
In case there's someone
Right behind to shoot me down
And say he always knew I'd fall.

Chess lyrics hitting hard today.

The US is no longer safe for foreign nationals.

Do not come here.

You risk being arbitrarily detained, tortured, and put into solitary confinement without due process.

This point raises such a good comparison. In previous years, Andrew Tate moved to Romania so he could avoid the law in the UK and the US. Then Romania began prosecuting him, and he fled to the US. What does that say about the degradation of the threat of law in the US under Trump?

The fact that the USA has banned visas for trans people but welcomed rapist Andrew Tate shows how all this "defending women" stuff is total bullshit

I LOVED the Dear America series as a kid. They did a few with boys too. Those and the American Girl Doll books were so influential on me growing up.

Before the 1960s, almost everything about living openly as a lesbian, gay, bisexual (LGB) person was illegal. The Stonewall Uprising on June 28, 1969 is a milestone in the quest for LGB civil rights and provided momentum for a movement.

The National Park Service has removed "T" and all mention of transgender people from the Stonewall National Monument.

Trans women were some of the most influential activists behind the Stonewall movement and what followed.

3 articles of clothing laws were why raids happened.

Wow! Inspiring news: The site of the 1966 Compton’s Cafeteria riot has been inducted into the National Register of Historic Places (don’t tell the White House). Huge congrats to Susan Stryker - the historian who unearthed and elevated this important event in trans history. FYI: @altnps.bsky.social
