The Possibility of a Lived Experience Industrial Complex Charli Clement asks whether lived experience is becoming its very own industrial complex, and if not, how we can prevent it from becoming one.

"It is a bitter feeling, to have believed so intrinsically that you could change the thing that broke you, only to leave feeling worse than when you started."

Charli Clement explores the ways in which lived experience is increasingly commodified.

The independent regulator has announced a £2,500 pay rise for MPs.

At a time when disabled people are facing the biggest cuts to disability benefits on record, this is simply wrong.

I’ll be donating mine to charities supporting disabled people in Coventry & across the country.

If anything, the UK’s mental health crisis is one of UNDERdiagnosis not OVERdiagnosis.

📉APMS study found:

Less than half of those with severe distress get treatment.
Only a third needing primary care support have a diagnosis.

The real issue is not overdiagnosis but undercare.
