dat 2e punt lijkt misschien gek, maar de meeste zorg vindt plaats binnen de regio, dus huisarts-regionaal ziekenhuis koppeling is voldoende. Situaties waarin je buiten de regio komt zijn 'edge cases' en dan zijn er andere manieren om je patientendossier over te dragen.

Relevantere vragen zijn waarom de Nederlandse overheid en toezichthouders toestaan dat kritieke systemen met gevoelige informatie zo gecentraliseerd zijn en waarom er uberhaupt zoveel data bewaard wordt en toegankelijk moet zijn voor andere zorgverleners.
