And not only that, but Unreal has the Reference Viewer, which helps you find where things are taking too much memory or are calling things that shouldn't be called.
There's also massive improvements all the time, like Animation tools and Procedural Generation.

The great thing about Unreal 5 is that it requires MUCH less video memory than UE4, and has a lot more QoL features in it.
There are also countless tutorials online for making things in Unreal, vs Unity which has so little useful tutorials put out.

Yes but also no.
I was able to run Unreal 4 on a really low end computer (like I'm not kidding, didn't even have decent graphics. I couldn't run Overwatch without lag even on low).
Also, Blueprint is highly useful and can do almost anything C++ can, the speed difference can be miniscule. (1/)
I'd argue Unreal is more versatile than Unity, but for a specific reason.
Yes, Unity is extremely versatile and used widely for indie devs and mobile devs alike.
But the barrier for entry for Unreal is MUCH simpler to break through than Unity, allowing others to make whatever they want.
