It was fun hosting David Weitz in sunny Glasgow! Between visits to two whiskey distilleries, he gave a talk on ‘Cell Rheology, Revisited’, showing how living systems exploit soft matter physics, especially phase separation, for diverse filament dynamics. The group also recorded a podcast with him.

Excited to welcome Professor David Weitz to the University of Strathclyde's Wolfson Centre—home to the UK’s oldest academic department dedicated to biomedical engineering—for a guest talk on April 2nd, from 10:00 to 12:00. All are welcome to attend.
