The Fraud's Prayer:
Our Father, who art in the White House,
hallowed be thy combover;
thy blingdom come;
thy will be dumb;
In Washington as you are in Florida.
Give us this day our daily round of golf.
And forgive us our insider trading,
as we refuse to forgive those who investigate against us...

They do a version called cozy fit. Now I nearly lost my leg to sepsis but it is badly damaged and VERY touch sensitive. Not only can I wear these and can tolerate them easily but the slip on means I can put my shoes on without help.

Brilliant!

Define "East of England" please? Do you go west from Cambridge too? Bedford? Luton? Milton Keynes?

Perhaps you should discuss with the OU IT team whether O365 classic can be provided as an alternative? Does the licence allow it? It is a little cheaper as well. Time to write a proposal and be a faculty hero !!

Ah. This is why I pay for my own O365 subscription and not take the OU "free" version. Kinda contradicts the university AI policy or is this a case of seeing if the students can resist the temptation?

Or, the actual mags posted version:

You need to change your subscription to "classic". That has all the AI removed. Works for me.

Moya Brennan: Irish musician dies aged 73 The singer came to prominence when she began performing with her family in the group Clannad, which was formed in 1970.

This is unbelievably sad. What a woman, what a voice. Had to privilege to meet her as well as listen to her perform on many occasions.

A great loss.

What most people don't realise is that light pollution equals wasted energy. Those lovely globe lights send over 50% of their light upwards where it's useless so you've automatically wasted 50% of your energy. Pretty lamps aren't worth it.

Trump threatens to destroy "attack ships" but it is unclear whether they will be on fire off the shoulder of Orion.

I've had a few of those. You can spot the thinking pupils. Also nice to see.

I focus on space but try to generalise into the wider STEM opportunities. And although astronauts are what really gets them excited I see the same when I pass round the meteorites or explain the Hubble deep field imagery. It's a lot of fun for me too!

I'm British. STEM Ambassadors are volunteers and we are self funded. I talk to kids from 4-18. And I have spent a lot of my own coin on it so having a little inspirational help from NASA/ESA/JAXA from time to time isn't much to ask.

I get it from the point of view of a grown adult in an industry struggling for funding. But I also am a STEM ambassador, and the value Artemis II has in inspiring kids who will be learning from us and our successors is invaluable.

It was just a test flight, but to a 10 year old, it was cool.

Although I am a Scot, I will invoke an English anthem:

They're coming home,
they're coming home,
they're coming,
Integrity's coming home

Honestly, Artemis III will be a full on test of Orion by NASA alongside Blue Origin with Blue Moon, and SpaceX with Starship having a huge space battle for the rights to be the lander vehicle.

And don't forget what Apollo 17 discovered. I have a meteorite which is a piece of Lunar Feldspathic Breccia from the Lunar Highlands and under a microscope there is visible yellows, oranges and browns as well as the greys.

Robots should lead the way, but where possible the Mk. 1 human eyeball is still one of the best scientific instruments available; it's just that it's carrier is incredibly fragile and needs a lot of upkeep.
