Was recently evicted from a $3200/month 3400sqft 4 bedroom home here in Southern California due to job issues and a family business closing. Now paying $1000/month (+ labor making the house livable) for a 600sqft 1 bedroom old, rundown ranch house with no AC or heat on a family member’s property.
