Some summer ankle socks (a free download from Ravelry: www.ravelry.com/patterns/lib...)
I don’t usually make fancy socks so I can knit while watching TV, but I just had to try this pattern. I’m not sure about the stripes!
Couldn’t you just flip the second panel so the colours would be in the same order?
Stupidity is a moral choice!

This is priceless

I’m not sure how I feel about these. Maybe when I finish them I’ll feel better about them
I think I’d really like to see this some day
Look at the devastation #DanielleSmith and her goon squad are causing in Alberta and know that this same type of right wing extremist chaos and destruction is what will befall 🇨🇦, if #PierrePoilievre ever got his hands on power. #StopPoilievre #cdnpoli
30 rounds in on a plain pair of socks I decided they needed a little extra detail, so now I’m dropping every 8th stitch down to the cuff and reworking them as purl stitches 😂
Along with shopping Canadian, I’ve decided to watch Canadian as well. Small, Achievable Goals is hilarious!😂
One of the poems I still remember from high school. Still a favourite
More TV socks - the purple ones are knee socks for my niece, the stripy ones have no home yet
Cecelia Payne, mother of the universe!
Traitorous
Spectacular!
It really depends on the sauce, but I have a soft spot cavatappi, farfalle, fusilli, and tagliatelle or pappardelle
The left-wing news needs to examine their writing and language usage. People that use words like shambolic and polemical need to stop doing the news. If you want the average person to watch the news, start using plain English. The average reading level is closer to grade 5 than university English.
Finally finished. On to the next pair!
I knit all the way to the point of starting to reduce for the toe and the socks didn’t match! I had to frog back to the ankle and redo it all 😕
What’s on my needles now?
I don’t think I’ll ever finish these socks
TV socks (because they’re so basic I knit them while watching TV)
I’ve decided to start posting things that I make, so here’s a quilt top I’ve made but still need to quilt. It’s a log cabin quilt made from the scraps of a jewel box quilt. I love bright colours!
I loved this movie! It was visually stunning and the conflict was so unsettling. You have such sympathy for the “antagonist”
