It is.
I agree.
A four-panel comic featuring two black cats with big expressive eyes against a soft blue background. In the first panel, one cat asks, “Do you know the difference between liking and loving?” The other replies, “Yes.” In the second panel, the answer appears: “It’s the same thing but loving is stronger.” In the third panel, the first cat concludes, “So we should always choose love when we have that option.” In the final panel, the punchline reveals the cats’ logic: “Because then we can bite at full potential.”

Just a little reminder 🐾🤍
I'm torn for solutions since I'm old. Also, since it's WFH...
He set up a meeting with me this afternoon because he needs my help to verify the data. He's an IT person and pretends he knows the accounting parts after he picks my brain.
I know that gremlin!
Screenshot of a tweet by No Lie with Brian Tyler Cohen (@NoLieWithBTC) reporting that Trump warned Virginians that voting yes on a redistricting referendum would cost him power, quoting Trump saying "If the Democrats get additional seats, they're going to be making changes at the federal level." The post includes a split image of the Virginia state seal and a close-up photo of Trump with a stern expression.
Sounds like a great reason to vote YES, Virginia! We're counting on you today.
What a great idea.
The problem is that higher-ups were in the meeting.
It makes me feel stupid because I looked stupid and everyone said he was wonderful. He steals my work all the tine.
Dang.
Someone at work took something I spent a lot of time on and made it all fancy with information I didn't have access to and then invited me to a meeting where he presented it.
True
When something happens that makes me feel stupid, I apply that to all aspects of my life and feel like I'm just stupid in general. About everything.
A good reminder.
Good thing to remember early. I must remember to put mine in the crock pot at the appropriate time.
Wow
Kick starter began today - and wow! Already taken off!
He's amazing.

Writers, always remember:
Rejection is redirection. Often it has nothing to do with your story. It is not a judgement of your writing. It does not mean your writing is not good enough.
What is meant for you will find you 🫂🌸🩷

By any means necessary.
Against a background of dark violets and green leaves is shown the illustrated cover of Enchanting the Fae Queen, in which a mischievously grinning woman with long blonde curls, a moonstone crown, a pink dress and bare feet, sits perched in a tree teasing the uniformed general who stands before her, his expression determined and one of his hands around her closest leg while she pokes his strong nose with one finger. Above that cover image is this snippet of text: For seven years, this woman had haunted his life and his dreams with her incorrigible teasing and their circling, joint obsession.
This week's Tuesday snippet comes from Enchanting the Fae Queen, which is out in ebook, paper, and audiobook:
