Fifteen minutes before the President announced he was pausing strikes on Iran, somebody moved $500 million in oil futures. Somebody knew. Somebody told them. Or somebody is them.

I got to see him up close at First Avenue in Minneapolis for one of his un-announced shows during the late 80s. We just happened to be there on the right night. First Ave is basically a bar (the venue in Purple Rain) so we were able to get up close. It was a great show.
Maybe I missed it, but I'm not seeing New Wave anywhere... arguably my favorite 80s genre.
Good night kids! 8 children were shot to death in Mike Johnson's hometown this morning. What are odds Johnson will want to do something about gun deaths? He'll probably say he didn't see anything about it. That's pretty much the gop response to mass shootings. 8 kids are dead. We should be ashamed.
I think this sums it up nicely...
I honestly keep waiting for that to happen--every time he speaks outdoors--regardless of the forecast.
I loved Muppet Treasure Island... He completely committed to that role, despite being surrounded by Muppets.
I think that would have been on my list, too. Or at least my childhood/teen years list.
Photo shows a heap of older style phones with the text βPlanned obsolescence is now outlawed in France. It is a crime to intentionally reduce the lifespan of a product to force customers to replace it.β
Love France π«π· They understand the importance of the battery life of a Nokia 3310
I'm curious why these challenges always say "no explanations"... Hearing why is really the only thing that would make this exercise interesting to me.
I don't know why anyone would give a rat's @$$ about Franklin Graham's opinion. He's a grifter first-class (making nearly a million a year chairing his "nonprofit," Samaritan's Purse) and he is decidedly NOT a man of God.
From a friendβs Facebook page. Perfect. π
Where's the lobster?
Me too. I rarely watch videos--it requires you to waste so much time. It's much easier to scan text to see if it's worthwhile. If you're trying to reach readers, you're probably in the right place.
You basically backed into the definition of repo-baby. "One perceived to have secured success or industry opportunities through their parents' fame, wealth, or connections."
He's a slimy nepo-baby and not a man of God.
Absolutely. There's no excuse for people who used this as their excuse not to vote for Harris. They're just trying to convince themselves that they aren't responsible for all the misery Trump has caused this time around. They are.
Franklin Graham makes $945k a year running a "nonprofit," Samaritan's Purse. He's about as big of a criminal grifter as Trump himself.
We consistently ate dinner around 7-7:30, sometimes as late as 8... I used to tell the kids, "We're European..."
Yes, but did you notice Crate & Barrel had one of their own outside the store, decorated with the silk foliage they sell inside. That was pretty brilliant marketing. π
Wouldn't it be nice if you could say goodbye to TurboTax and file your taxes for free, online, and directly with the IRS?
I have a bill to get that done.
Ah, that makes sense. I didn't read any of the captions because it was so busy.
We were there today, too. I liked this 70s model with the bellbottoms.
Remember when Senile Satan was a βnurseβ last June?
