lol yes i went up there yesterday, there was no water anywhere in her bathroom but i think the issue has to do with the seal where her toilet is (because the leak was above my toilet and our layout is the same), so the maintenance guy is up there now doing repairs

oh noooooooo!! i was obsessively checking this one like every hour to make sure it wasn’t getting worse (fortch it wasn’t) and it was stressing me out

tbh i think the answer is the pipes are old and the building is older. i really had no maintenance issues until the past year or so, so it kind of just feels like a “when one thing happens they all happen” situation
