Yikes. According to the complaint, a January 6 rioter was also a Blaze "journalist" who made up a story about Plaintiff planting pipe bombs on January 5. Plaintiff is a police officer who tried to stop the insurrectionists and later testified against them.

For instance, a clause in the contract says "licensor" when by any reasonable read in context it should be "licensee". But one party in the lawsuit insists this is the plain language of the contract and should be enforced as such.

Lawyer people - and to be clear and I'm asking out of curiousity. This isn't happening in anything I'm working on.

Do you know of any lawsuits where a party name was misstated in a contract, and that should be obvious from context, but a litigant insisted on enforcing as written?

The Best Mattresses for Stomach Sleepers
Stomach sleeping may seem straightforward enough, but these sleepers often require an extra dose of back support. These are the models I recommend.

Don’t mean to be an alarmist, but lately Trump has been showing signs of being exactly the person he’s always been.

Make Marjorie Taylor Greene do something. She bears responsibility for this happening, she supposedly is against now, and it's her party.

To be clear, while I'm all in favor of using the 25th Amendment, this doesn't seem to be what it was written for.

But beginning an impeachment process is the right and necessary thing to do, irrespective of whether the 25th Amendment is also in play.
