Many images downloaded from the web arrive in "webp" and "avif" formats that won't load into most graphics/video programs. Weekly, I use the free utility EVERYTHING to find such files and drag them into the free XNCONVERT, which is pre-configured to convert them to JPGs and delete the originals.

Tootsie Pops (48¢ per ounce) are much cheaper by weight than Tootsie Pop Drops (68¢ per ounce). To economically get the stickless joy of Pop Drops from plain old Pops, a skillfully-maneuvered pair of pliers can be used to gently wiggle the stick free. The weight of the stick has not been considered.
