He told us in the UK he didn't want our help because the war was already won. Why should we join in now?

Yep. Was hoping for more of a Love Actually response to him.

I can't put in to words how delighted I am about this. And I don't even live in your country!! Congratulations to all involved for bravely defying incredible odds and a huge barrage of $ to come through with an amazing result. But it won't be the end - just waiting for the "rigged" calls to start.

I'd say "yes, replace him". Without him they'll end up somewhere to the right of the EDL with a host of bonkers and unworkable policies, and hopefully never stand a chance of being elected.

All else aside, this would make the UK a crime tourist hotspot. Come here, commit a crime that isn't a crime back home (drug related perhaps?) and get booted out. Rinse and repeat. What could possibly go wrong?

Not only will they split the Tory vote, but also the Reform vote. Delicious :)

Are ordinary Americans happy with this? Seems more like the sort of thing you'd see in China or North Korea than the USA..

Also impossible to fire somebody just because you feel like it. If the worker hasn’t done anything wrong the only route is redundancy which is a lengthy and expensive process.

Huge numbers died before we had a vaccine.

Didn't nice Mr Kennedy say that modern hygiene prevents the spread of measles? I'm sure he did...?

Also infeasible. The lever would need to be greater in length than the observable universe. Most conspiracies involving the corruption of millions of subjects fall apart when you seriously consider the numbers and logistics involved.

That’s not how peer review works. Maybe sometimes in occasional circumstances, but not in the vast majority and certainly not on such a sensitive subject. I’ve reviewed papers and done so honestly and carefully - I expect - and receive - the same treatment with what I write.

Part 2 is the question of whether there is a global conspiracy to cover up debate on this issue by corruption, bribery and coercion. As I’ve argued elsewhere, the logistics for such an operation on a global scale not to mention the number of people involved would make it completely infeasible.

But the studies so far say this is incredibly unlikely. Not impossible, and as scientists we’re happy to be challenged on the presentation of new evidence.

2 parts to this. Firstly, did it come from a lab? This is a valid question & worthy of debate - as has happened. Big problem is that most laymen don’t understand the virology so weigh heavily on the coincidence of a lab nearby & the fact that the Chinese are not known for being open.

The likelihood of a worldwide organisation preventing people speaking out on this issue is beyond remote. Possibly in your country but not co-ordinated across the world. And it hasn't stopped you doing so. Scientists - including myself - reject papers through evidence & rigour not cover ups.

Did you use that feature? It's been around for a couple of years and I'd guess the vast majority of us had no idea it was there.

Clearly far more useful than paying a cancer research specialist for over 20 years..

There's a huge body of research that confirms the Covid vaccine as being both safe and effective. Are the millions of doctors, scientists and other professionals involved in this all lying in your opinion? Most of them would not benefit from doing so, particularly in countries with salaried doctors

Still interested to know who you think is lying, what exactly the lies are, and who is in on the lies. You've presented no evidence of this, nor how this cast of millions of liars would be kept quiet or resourced.
