At Save-On Foods last week, I saw this "Zuru Max" building set - not LEGO, not a Game Boy, but you know what they're going for.
Yet the store's sign calls it a "Walkman".
Sheesh.

I've never played Tekken Advance (GBA), but still to this day, my brother and I quote the ad's "Butt Kickings To Go". Now that's memorable advertising!
That's unfortunate, I was thinking I should get to this game eventually myself.
What is it about the controls in Blasphemous that you dislike?
My brother and I joke about this game on occasion, but we've never really played it for more than a few minutes at a time, so we've never seen anyone get split.
I recently enjoyed Blue Prince, and the board game Clue is one of my fave classic board games.
Why not combine them into "Clue Prince"?

Maps (if you can call them that) of the 2025 hit indie game, Blue Prince, are now on VGMaps.com: The Video Game Atlas!
Despite running VGMaps, I rarely map games myself. But my obsession with this game compelled me to do something related to it!
See my "maps" at:

I don't know why people love Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 and claim it to be the best one when Mortal Kombat Trilogy exists, which has everything UMK3 has and more.
Yes, Khameleon (with a "K", an N64 exclusive) is cooler than Chameleon (with a "C", on other versions), and she was integrated into Reptile's story in a few later games. I don't recall Chameleon ever being part of anyone's story (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong).
I would trade a few red pixels for Square's RPGs any day.
What if they could make the wall jumps a tad easier?
Happy 32nd birthday to Super Metroid!
You can see screenshot maps for it on VGMaps.com: The Video Game Atlas, created by Rick Bruns!

32 years ago, Super Metroid was released on the Super NES.
It was the first game I bought on "day one" and with my own money.
It still has one of the best moments EVER in a Nintendo game, in its climax, which, like all of the game other than the intro, does not need dialogue.

My edits of the Mega Man 7 and 8 stage selection screens, if all of the Robot Masters' stages were available to select at the start.
3½ yrs ago, I answered "what's the largest amount of money you've spent on video games?" on an episode of Gamology.
I talk about amiibo and rare NES games, like Little Samson.
All the other gamers just talk about DLC... am I wrong for thinking that's lame?

I remember having this!
It's funny, back in the day, just playing every game I could because I had time on my hands, and games weren't as easy to come by.
Now I have literally thousands of games on Steam/Epic/GOG, most that I didn't pay much or anything for, some I don't even know what they are!
BONUS: the two Ms. Pac-Man games on the NES by Tengen and Namco are totally different (both the box and the actual game).
Sure, why not, at this point?
Probably should have also mentioned the Tengen NES release of Pac-Mania, which is different from the Genesis's.
Because why not make this more confusing?
Pac-Mania Genesis box art = 10th Anniversary Pac-Man (not -Mania) NES box art.
Different from the art they used originally (which comes licensed & unlicensed), which really looks like it should be for Pac-Land.
Then the official Namco release is by the same artist as the first we were talking about.

OBJECTION!
Hi @felicia.day!
That's awesome!
Hopefully, if you ever come around Alberta again, we can reunite too, and retake this photo so I don't look like such a goof!
(I guess I was starstuck.)
Oh, snap!
Is this enticing me to check out Tomadachi Life: Living The Dream???
I don't use genericized brand names when referring to products.
I say "tissue", not "Kleenex®".
I say "frozen treat", not "Popsicle®".
I say "inline skates", not "Rollerblades®".
HOWEVER, one that I have trouble getting behind is saying "vacuum flask" instead of "Thermos®".
Am I the only one?
If things click for you in Blue Prince, you won't be able to put it down!
It's great!
I can get how some people "don't get it", especially if the randomness doesn't give them a break early on.
But once you begin to learn what you can really do with what you're dealt, it can be an amazing experience.
A good website to check for playtimes is Howlongtobeat.com - you can see how much time other people have logged playing those games. The more people that have played a game, the more accurate the average times are.
As you can see, Inside is only about four hours:

I hear you!
This morning I finished Blue Prince for real (I think - the final task didn't seem to have a cutscene attached to it), and it turned out to be lengthier than originally expected, so at the moment I'm actually looking for a short game to start playing tomorrow.
I've played Inside, and it's good.
It's also short, so that might be a good idea to just bang it out.
Okay, so why is it like that?
