I went through a long hiatus in my indie making journey. I spent time with my family and changed a new 9-5 job
Now I feel I am ready to release my app soon (especially with the help of Claude Code), at least to some early beta users
A true role model for all of us
And I kinda liked the interviewing thing

Just tried adding newsletter aggregation to my read-it-later app and checked Resend for receiving emails.
Setup seemed easy, until I realised they don’t support receiving emails. 🤦♂️ Bruh, guess I need another solution. This is such a bummer!
Totally agree! 🙌 I also think it’s a great idea to talk to people around me, especially about their passions. Exploring other domains outside my own interests often sparks fresh ideas!
One good approach, in this scenario, would be to ask explicitly the AI what you're trying to do like `I want to you to create this database table with those columns of those types` (just an example). But it requires almost as much focus than writing the code yourself.

This article resonates with my own day-to-day experience with gen AI. I get better at prompting it just by using it. Overtime, I build the intuition of what works and what doesn't, without the need to specifically learn prompting techniques.

I plan on launching a side business soon while having my 9-5 job. My main reason is to work on whatever projects I want. I love coding, but I also love helping others. If I can help people with my code, and be able to live from it, that would be awesome.

English is my third language, so it happens (sometimes) that I ask the AI to rephrase what I want to say. And I am amazed at how what I was trying to say could be simplified a lot so it gets so much clearer 😅 (this comment was not AI)
I kinda agree with the beginner mindset but there are really big douchebags when playing football that doesn’t let you enjoy the game, especially when playing without a coach.
I miss the days when I did proper football training with a real coach when I was young
I have a growing interest in using Elixir / Phoenix for my backend instead of Supabase. I really like Ecto.
But I feel that it won't be a good idea as I am not very proficient yet in Elixir compared to Javascript. Maybe I'll give it a shot on another of my future projects.

As a developer spending so much of my damn time at a desk, going to the gym at least 2 times a week help me so much. Not just for my physical health but I also find myself more stable emotionally.
