I worked for years at both a Blockbuster and a mom & pop local rental place. Blockbuster was the devil that killed every cool video store it could via monopolistic practices

Also they seem to be largely solo devs, the people who I know that have worked in large teams doing lots of review of other people’s code for integration purposes—it me—just see it as another developer you can delegate work to.

You have to understand what kind of work you *can* delegate to them.
