Thank you for listening. It was my attempt to show examples how PTSD can form. It can inform about it. On the worst day you must be 100% vigilent for the burning void, or the killer to escapeto do damage. Share the weight, check in on those with PTSD. A silent struggle and so much weight carried.

From an enemy patrol we took the only available cover: that offered by the corpses. We remained until the enemy left. Hours of hiding behind an exploded, burned and days dead man was hell. I can't ever forget that smell. The rest of the time was enough to disturb but pales in comparison. #guts&gore

Another major part was a tough boots on ground situation. We were a small team. We all had several skills to add. It was worse than expected; debris, small craters, building components. The amell of death, fuel, and that odd smell after explosives have gone off. A Hell on earth. #hellonearth

Thank you. I can't help it, it is mybonly way to be. I went years without help. I am trying to advocate for others to learn from my mistakes. We all have to do what we can.

This sounds a good plan. I have been doing some at least. I have been working to help our brothers and sisters who are ready to end it get them into a hospital for help. I do hear you and appreciate it. Maybe it is time to look at my ideas and work to make one real.

One chunk was what we thought was a test, it was not. It was genuine advice to those above. They used 4 of 4 of my solutions. It was mentioned hundreds to thousands died. The sick bastards put me on shift and I heard it all as it happened. I knew who they were, names, families....

Part of the void came about from an activity I can say little about. It was a crazy job. I understand why it was done and even agree with it. I'll be old before I can say more. Even if you agree with the activity, it can still steal part of you, and you fear part of your soul too.

I honestly don't know what to call it. Some days are just worse than others as you know. I was an arabic linguist in the gulf war and the after effects too. I survive as I always do. Thank you. I do appreciate it.

Walking everywhere with a killer inside and beside you is an indescribable feeling. You know you have, and you know you could again. Even if you never want to, you can't forget you can. Knowing you would take up the mantle to save others the burden is only a less bad way.

Over the years I built walls to protect friends and family from even seeing the void within. Imagine a blackhole that could be weaponized. You fear it took parts of your self, but can never know. You live in a state of constant vigilence, so tired. The hollow is always there.

Does everyone have a darkness, a shadow of murderous capability or is that just me? You can see reflection of yourself in it. You carry the weight of knowing that, given the right situation it may escape control and potentially unleash the monster. The walls are only so thick.
