Mustard, Mayo, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper. I didn't measure anything but it wasn't loose. Everything was to taste and enough for one serving. Though I'm going to have to test this out to bulk make it.

Nope! Purely all on the pan! I cut them then put them face down in the Tallow till they were brown then turned them to let the skins get a lil color.
