A redesign I drew of Mr. Ring-A-Ding from Dr. Who. Note the stockier limbs, different line weight usage, and the change of head shape and facial features. This is to emulate more of the vintage cartoons that Mr. Ring-A-Ding is based on, while also taking more influence from other cartoons from the time than just Fleischer animation (like Van Beuren and Terrytoons).
