Definitely a fan of plain language. And I certainly don't keep a straight face. I talk with clients the way I talk with any human.

Networking helps, particularly making friends with prescribers. I also found local listserv and FB pages. I have a PT profile, but that is not as useful.

I feel like I've been working at Ground Zero, and we're only just getting started.
