I'm so happy about the new job. I'm finally working on something that will have a really positive impact on the UK energy market. I just can't wait for us to be comfortable enough with the product to announce it. :3
Unless you're travelling directly from the Curzon St station, that is. But then New Street is a major connecting station in the region, and I don't see that they are going to connect local trains to the HS2 terminal anytime soon.
I'm worried about HS2 "benefits". The new station is far from Birmingham's two main stations, and it takes 10-30 minutes to get there from New Street. It only takes 1 hour and 40 minutes to get to Euston from New Street. HS2 45-50min travel time doesn't seem worth the hassle at the moment.
