That's an excellent way to put it. I will remember that.

I like that the lepers are genuinely forgiving and kind towards one another; it stands out in a setting that’s so relentlessly grimdark. It’s a bit twisted, but the spark of a loving God hasn’t completely faded.

How does she get that swimsuit on and off?
Come to think of it, pants and tails are a baffling mix.
“The modern conservative is…engaged…in one of man’s oldest, best financed, most applauded, and, on the whole, least successful exercises in moral philosophy. That is the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.”
John Kenneth Galbraith, 1967
Either she’s started taking her meds again, or she’s gone so far around the bend she came back around to sanity.
I completely agree with Marjorie Taylor Greene is a sentence I never thought I would ever write.
Second best G5 character after Sunny. A depression cure on four legs.
Trump truth social post: A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again. I don't want that to happen, but it probably will. However, now that we have Complete and Total Regime Change, where different, smarter, and less radicalized minds prevail, maybe something revolutionarily wonderful can happen, WHO KNOWS? We will find out tonight, one of the most important moments in the long and complex history of the World. 47 years of extortion, corruption, and death, will finally end. God Bless the Great People of Iran!
Sickeningly evil. Donald Trump must be impeached.
When will it be enough for my Republican colleagues to grow spines and remove him from office?
On a gradient background with the asexual flag colors, text reads, “Happy International Asexuality Day.” The HRC logo appears.
Happy International Asexuality Day!
Asexual, often called “ace” for short, refers to a complete or partial lack of sexual attraction or lack of interest in sexual activity with others.

Mr. President: I have a better idea. Instead of spending over a trillion dollars on never-ending wars abroad while plunging the working class into poverty here at home, let’s invest in universal childcare, Medicare for All and affordable housing.
America first!
8 Million Americans turned out to make No Kings 3 the biggest protest in our history. We did it because we love our country. We are committed to protect it from those who would do it harm. 🇺🇸 IM🍑MENT NOW!!!!!

The US is spending more than $1 trillion on the military for the first time in history.
That apparently isn't enough. Now, the Pentagon wants $200 billion more for an illegal war in Iran.
The answer is NO.
We need to invest in the American people, not endless war.
We’re told there’s no money for universal healthcare or to end hunger in this country. But somehow $200 billion more for war will likely move through Congress without question.
Not another penny for another endless war.
They're risking the lives of the people around them, particularly children, elderly, the sickly, and the poor. It's essentially saying "I'm fine if my child suffers and dies for my beliefs, even if they had no say in it."
I'll concede that "most" is inaccurate, but statistics doesn't change the fact that even a small percentage out of millions of people still equals thousands of children.
People who refuse to get vaccinated are inherently selfish, because they're not just risking their own lives--
They believe that, while ignoring a very basic fact: most of the people who got sick from measles and polio and other vaccinated diseases didn’t get immunity. They died. In droves.
The Tree on the Corner - Gator Days Characters August - Alligator - A soft spoken single father who works in IT. Gustopher's dad. Gustopher - Alligator - An easily excitable child who loves making friends. August's son. Panel 1 Gustopher and his dad are taking a walk when Gustopher notices a tree trunk on the corner where a big tree used to be. He stares and it for a moment and contemplates the fact that it's gone. Panel 2 Gustopher goes to his dad who is preoccupied with something on his phone. He asks about the tree. Gustopher: Why did they cut down the tree on the corner? August keeps his eyes on his phone but responds to Gustopher. August: It was rotting and a safety hazard. Panel 3 Gustopher looks back at the stump. He understands the reason why it would need to be cut down but he liked the tree. Gustopher: I guess that's good. Is it weird that it makes me feel sad? August senses the sadness and Gustopher's voice and puts down his phone. He looks at the stump as well. Panel 4 August puts his hand on Gustopher's shoulder. August: That's not weird. It makes me feel sad too. The two of them take a moment a moment to process the emotion. It's not severe or intense but it's still there.

Myke, being a writer myself, I know what it’s like when your brain lies to you and tells you you’re no good at a hobby. Do you really think that so many people would follow you and love your work if your style was inferior or bad?
Sometimes you just gotta tell your brain to shut up.

She genuinely earned her wings and continued to earn them by being her. And I love that no one made her a Princess or a great leader just because she’s an alicorn: she’s still treated as a member of the community and a neighbor.
Oh, look at that. I’m a Kirin.
