I wrote an essay to Valve about my thoughts but I doubt they'll do anything about it haha. The biggest problem with him (apart from the lack of identity in his kit) is the power creep currently. Last large balance patch, the entire cast got buffed apart from him and you can definitely feel it.

I thought it was in the works, but I wrote in the forums the other day complaining about Bebop's lack of identity and Yoshi asked "what would you change about him", which doesn't really make me optimistic about a rework actually coming.
