Today’s internet is, largely, trash. You cannot look up any sort of legit information without the first (multiple) pages being ads or “sponsored” sites. It’s infuriating.

There is no way I would fly anywhere right now. I understand that it's unavoidable for some folks but. . . family emergencies aside, there's no reason for anyone to be at the airports. We have the power to shut this thing down. . . what we lack is the will.

To be fair: Reagan destroyed any hope of healthcare being affordable. He also hobbled the labor movement. He was terrible. . . just differently so.

I'm so fucking sick of all this, "let's call these criminals into a hearing" bullshit. Literally nothing happens. They go in front of the hearing, lie their grimy little guts out, and then. . . nothing. What's the point?

Brexit did not seem like it really helped most of the Brits I've spoken to about it. IDK. . . I don't live there but the folks I know who do are all sort of average people living normal lives.

I'll absolutely go there. I hope I'm wrong (if he wins) but I've seen this play out so many times in so many races. We get these moderate/progressive white guys into power and they cave because all of the sudden, they have something they want to hold onto.

I'm not interested in any more "moderate white dudes" being in charge of anything. It's a bias and I'll own it. I've seen so many of them over the years get into Washington and then lose track of their spines.

Anyone who is surprised by the Men's USA hockey team embracing KP or reveling in their phone call from the prez obviously doesn't know anything about how MAGA hockey is. All the way from Mites, through NHL, hockey is a strong majority conservative sport. Progressive thinking is the exception.

I think it's laughable that folks still think he'll be impeached or removed from office. How's that been working out for us? I know it's a grim thought but Congress does not have the will to stop him.
