The Four Candles Guide to Brewing: Cartoon infographic by Royston
The wonderful Four Candles brewpub in Broadstairs closed its doors on New Year's Day after 13 years. It will be much missed. Here's the brewing process cartoon I drew ten years ago, featuring faces from the pub, which was displayed on a big board alongside the casks.
