After a long, long time, I finally finished Nadia and the Secret of Blue Water
It's a pretty great show, as long as you ignore the terrible middle part that is a massive slog and kills all momentum
But slogging through that was worth it because the series really sticks the landing

That said! I had a bunch of fun smashing stuff and looking for bananas (and it was definitely much better than DK64), so I had a good time with Bananza. And now the cute little nostalgia nods to the Country games make me want to replay them lol

It may sound crazy to criticize a Donkey Kong game for the plot, but... the story felt like an American CG kids movie, and that can't help but irk me a bit about it. Mario Odyssey didn't take itself seriously at all and it was stronger for that.
