Just looking at a few of the institutions the polling company- Merlin - do a work for and noticed at least a couple of neo liberal think tanks. Coincidence?

Polls will tell you what people think is happening in this country. A graph like this tells you the reality.
Hegseth’s chief of staff told the Army Secretary he opposed the promotion of a female general to take control of the military district in Washington because President Trump would not want to stand next to a Black female officer at military events.

And sparked a huge increase in Labour Party membership and messages of support across Blue Sky and Threads. ‘Oh come on’ you - rely less on small polls (is it true poll co has same address as Reform, btw?), one or two disgruntled backbenchers and your own obvious bias.
I remember the good old days when journalists at least tried to hide their political bias.
You’re not reading the room.
That’s the Westminster bubble ‘news’
A large majority of the electorate want a stable non cultist government
Confected gotcha moments don’t serve anyone - except journos ..
I’d imagine the way the media constantly platforms Reform to slag him off and then reports their crap as news doesn’t help.
What puzzles me is that Lewis went to CPAC in America and witnessed the disaster that was our PM before last. Is it impossible for a decent journalist to actually do a piece which analyses the relative qualities and achievements of the last 4 or 5 Prime Ministers? I think Starmer would hold up well.

James O'Brien tells @jamesrball.com how Brexit logic is making papers defend Trump on Iran – because ‘they’d rather look ridiculous than admit they’re wrong’
One month of war in Iran?
NO!
Trump's not calling it a war, having not sought approval from Congress.
"This for legal reasons I say, 'military operation', because as a military operation I don't need any approvals." 🤡
Where are you getting your ‘polling’ from? Amongst my contemporaries, Starmer is either popular or well-tolerated. None of us have been polled.
A judge on Friday approved a $345 million verdict against Greenpeace in a Dakota Access Pipeline lawsuit that could push the group to bankruptcy.

Dr Paul Martin OBE, the chief executive of the LGBT Foundation, argued that the Equality Act "isn't adding to Britain's challenges - it's part of the solution". "Without it, people would have fewer protections against discrimination in everyday life, from work and healthcare to education and public services," he warned. "Equality isn't a 'nice to have' - it's a foundation for a fairer, stronger and healthier Britain.
Reform: an undeniably racist, misogynistic, transphobic, disability-sceptic party with disturbing links to christofascist MAGA… wants to leave the ECHR and scrap the Equality Act, removing our rights and protections.

The Green Party's Caroline Lucas humiliates Reform UK's Zia Yusuf on #Newsnight
"Your position is utterly incoherent"
"You have provided no evidence that it's the Equalities Act that discriminates against white working class boys"
Refuk's Braverman: "The working class has had it too good for too long. Leaving the ECHR will allow us to prioritise bosses over their workers."
If you’re working class and think that Farage and his employees in Reform UK ltd have your best interests in mind you can’t be helped. #UKPolitics

In the last 100 years the tories have been in government for 75 of them and Labour 25. In that time Labour have given us the NHS, the Open University, the Good Friday agreement and Sure Start. In the 75 years of tories, what?
We have a PM who refuses to play the clickbait game. The press hate it. Also, the closer we move towards the EU, the nastier this is going to get, as the Russia-US-funded press have a lot to lose us going back in. This list should be a weekly official press update:

Large increase in low-deposit mortgage availability.
