Andouillette sausage has got to be the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten.

Currently frustrated I have had no running for the last 2 weeks due to a broken toe...and more weeks off running still to come too!

I remember petrol coupons in the 70's and when I was driving a few years ago, where the numbers on the money line increase faster than the numbers on the litres pumped line...

Very interesting to listen to and quite frankly full credit to all players involved. It sounds like an awful process that hopefully can be less demeaning in future. Interestingly, no international women travel to the UK to play in the northern summer. Perhaps that will change in time too.

I would suggest buying a new 400mm carcass as they are very cheap and will probably be better in the long run. Well done though, thats a lot of work and you have done wonders already!

I worked in a mass vaccination centre for a while doing 2000 people a day. We got abused by people who wanted the vaccine but who werent yet eligible, AND we got abused by people for giving vaccines. Cannot win either way!

I do set up almost every week, so I have done almost 250 volunteers, but I have never actually marshalled. It was great to see the runners come flying past. There are loads of roles that allow you to volunteer and run.
