That was a pretty nice PC as mine was an 8088 with the math chip but only had 16K of RAM and dual 5.25” floppies I eventually got a 20mb hard drive ISA card but you had to reset the head sector 0 before you shut it down or it wouldn’t work. There was even a knob on the drive to move the heads back.

Well it’s official. I got the offer letter and onboarding paperwork. This bear got a new and better paying job. I start mid-May!!

The other night I wanted meat and noodles so I made beef ramen (not spicy because I am that white) and fried up a ground beef until it was crispy and seasoned it with garlic and onion and topped the ramen with it.

Basic as hell but it hit the spot.
