#DeGoogle is hard. There is seemingly NO usable OpenDocument Format (odt, ods, odp, etc) editor for #Android. #Collabora has no pageless/continuous/web view or true dark mode. #OnlyOffice requires awful OOXML formats. #Nextcloud Notes is only Markdown.

Result: Edible, but not good. Tastes of Grana Panado and flour. Texture correct. Pretty good when mixed into tomato sauce.

Next time: Normal flour or corn starch.
