Oh! Many consumer printers can actually handle that. I’ve got an Epson ET-8550 for small jobs that handles thick media.

If you mean printing game cards or playing cards, that unfortunately requires some very specialized equipment. I don’t know of any businesses in the fandom that offer that. Not many manus actually in the US who don’t outsource either.
