Acho que parte da questão é as pessoas confundirem tanto actividade física com perda de peso. Tipicamente não há perda de peso sem uma dieta adequada, mas alguns apostam que exercício físico é suficiente. E exercício físico é importante independemente do peso que se tem ou que se quer ter.
