Nonono his parents are a good royal family, who stand and fight for justice, thats why hagaz are so well raised, they have to take away hagaz power to protect everyone and hagaz himself, hagaz is a walking time bomb with it.

There is a chance that he will mentained his good side once he got all of his power but the chance are small, its a bit of gamble when it comes to his free will after he recovered his power, lets just say the power are his alter ego.

Another fact, hagaz are born to be evil, but his fate got altered and it forced him to be good, hagaz may turn evil once he got all of his power fragment, bcuz his power are the one who possessed him and altered his personality.

A lil lore fact about hagaz, he got brutally nerfed by his step parents bcuz he cannot control his power when he was young, his power are separated into 4 fragment that hidden and never be found, now hes a kind well raised dude that love tomato and would die for his family.
