Drawing mindlessly can also make you not improve
But expecting growth in 2-3 drawings isn’t realistic. A lot of progress in art is slow
1) If someone starts off a tutorial by insulting you, they want your views, not to help you. The advice isn’t worth the hit to your self esteem
2) For every one drawing you’ve done, your fav artist has done 100
3) Your mental health directly affects your art. Address that self hatred
I take this back. Pain is still there but I was able to bend over today!!! Oh I can’t wait to be able to sit and draw for longer than 30 minutes again
