3 weeks ago, I really fucked my back up, and I’m competing in just about 7 weeks. This was a major step on the road to getting back to 100%.

Hey, at least I got it to my shins. Tough session today, but it’s still progress. I would never have thought at the start of the year that I’d be this close to lifting this weight.
