It's simultaneously weird and comforting that Drake was given the chance to review and approve the storyline around John's death.

OH yeah. It gets byzantine, especially since certain kids (Michael, Kristina) had their true paternity hidden for YEARS. Liz and Alexis each have three different babydaddies (and two of Alexis's are half-brothers with each other); Sonny has four babymamas (that we know of).

I actually really liked Ric and Alexis together, but he bollixed that up by cheating on her with her daughter (Sam). Ric really is his own worst enemy.

It was wild! Ric was OBSESSED with Liz. (This was some time before he married Alexis and fathered Molly.)

They were married and Liz got pregnant and then miscarried. Ric (who blamed Sonny for Liz's miscarriage -- long story) then kidnapped a pregnant Carly and locked her away in a panic room with the intent of stealing her baby and giving it to Liz. Carly was eventually rescued and Liz dumped Ric.

SUCH a great antagonist.
