Testing audio posting in Ivory… it’s just some random sound byte I found on the internet.

I feel so completely out of the loop on all the social and news stuff I usually follow. I just haven’t had the energy or time to commit to it.

Maybe I need new interests?

For the first time in more than a decade I have been working a 4 PM to Midnight shift. I don’t get home until around 1 AM… and it’s kicking my ass. I only do it twice a week, but holy shit it takes me until damn near 3 AM be able to go to sleep.

For the past two years my migraines have been more managed than ever in my life, until recently when my neurologist dropped me and didn’t properly set me up with a new referral. It took two years to get on a regimen that worked and in three weeks it’s pretty much reset to its previous awfulness.

Damn, the “System Data” bloat is out of control on iOS 26.4 beta 1. I really hope beta 2 does something to help. I wish they would just add a button to let me clear that shit out.

A strange thing happened today, even though I had my iPhone 15 Pro set not to be on the public beta, it still installed the 26.4 public beta. What the hell?

I do have to say however, I think the 26.4 beta has greatly sped up my 10th generation iPad. It seems a lot more smooth and fluid than it was prior.

@Iconfactory that would be very cool indeed! I keep meaning to sit down and work on learning some good regex to use for various things within Tapestry. A thought just occurred to me, I wonder if there’s a good way to do “timed” muffles / mutes. Like on for an hour, a day, a week, or forever.
