Update: The Lords have agreed to the Common's Amendment 265A, which should, now within reason protect abdl/ageplay.
The wider bill is in 'ping-pong' between the houses and will now be reviewed by the Commons on the 20th April.

Not dumb at all! I think it does give some clarification, as does the policy paper giving meaning behind the amendment
I think as long as we are careful we should be okay as theyve made it clear its not targeted at us~
But mostly now I think we need to be careful

The Commons have sat and have rejected the Lord's Amendment 265
They've put forward the clarification (Amendment 264a, Section 67H 4B) clarifying "fanciful images" are not included in the bill.

It will now be reviewed to see if this amendment is successful on the 16th April

I think as its in the official policy paper that its not after abdl, you'd have a decent defence in court~ but the issue is that if the law isn't clear, you're at greater risk of ending up in court to begin with...
