The report reveals that poverty, geography, gender, disability, and age all play roles in limiting access, with those in the most deprived areas least likely to participate.
🚶♀️🏃♂️ New research from Abertay University and University of the West of Scotland shines a spotlight on the systemic barriers to physical activity in Scotland - and calls for urgent reform.
