Right on Commander!
Well I certainly love this! Thanks.
Wait, what?
Ah shame, Alan Hawkshaw and Keith Mansfield etc.
My library music nerd pal says, "Can't tell you for sure. Maybe Come Dancing or one of those Confessions films."
Did you ever get the chance to see the KPM All Stars band play?
How ridiculous of NASA spending billions of pounds to come up with the non-stick frying pan. In the weightlessness of space, the astronauts' sausages are just going to float right out of the pan. If anything, they should have been developing something to make them stick. J Boxbury, Norfolk
I'm sorry George but nobody makes the sun shine brighter than Doris Day.
I still miss Pacers.
Ah sweet!
Ah great, thanks.
How would one access these shows?
I still love listening to the soundtrack to Predator. Some really great cues in that
Shit, I bought this! Totally forgot about this gem.
The ITV Retro YouTube channel just uploaded one of the greatest movies ever made. It's sumptuous and sensual in a way that still amazes for a film that's almost 80 years old. Don't watch it on your phone though - this deserves the big telly.
It's looking like after this Friday I will be unemployed. If anyone has available audio work in the Minneapolis area please let me know!
It's certainly wanker than techno.
That's a good film.
I have one and she's a constant source of inspiration in my work.
I loved Gil Mellé's soundtrack to this as well, really unnerving. I recall trying to describe it to a friend once and found myself saying that, "it actually sounds itchy in places."
Dad of 3 school kids in East London here and can confirm.
Soundified a ton of promos for a channel showing old shows from the 90's onwards. Super young stuff, crazy toons and Turtles too! Mixed bag of SFX from the classic libraries onwards.
Just had the best feedback "Gez, you are, and always will be my hero!! Thank you so much for these they sound epic"
Not too bad in my experience.
I went into the booth once to collect the script after a well known tv and film actor left only to find they'd drawn a stickman hanging himself on page 2!
Suffice to say I tucked that out of sight before walking back into the control room where the ceratives were. 😆
There's some mad stereo phase issue with this upload though, lol
The loons at The Telegraph are after you. Can you play a chilling ditty to accompany them as they stomp across this green and pleasant land brandishing pitchforks and burning torches?
Fake Telegraph headline generated by The Allister Heath Headline Generator reads - Britain is being held hostage by a radical The Allister Heath Headline Generator cult
It's such a banger. This is my fave version with the long intro - www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bg3V...
