FFS. Just clocked that we're playing on Monday again. Can't wait until we're back in the CL. It'll minimise these stupid Monday evening matches.

The incompetent racist party should not be given this kind of platform. Zero reason for it.

Yeah. I get it. It's a cracker. I just love the way Cunha has hit that.

That Cunha goal is a sensational hit. My favourite from this lot.

Stop fleecing fans at every stage of the "customer" journey and this type of thing would stop. Football went from the people's game to trying to bleed the people dry.

Gyokeres had zero touches of the ball after coming on to provide an extra goal threat. That made me crack up.

They're obviously using shit drugs cos this lot are blowing out of their arses after half an hour. It's the main reason Dalot gets in the team. His athleticism and stamina are excellent.

If this United team is juiced to the tits then we have more issues than I thought.

Without the ability. Terry is / was a massive bellend but he was actually genuinely a top tier player. This guy is more like Joe Hart. Performative "leadership" nonsense for the cameras with half decent talent. Even Hart has trophies to lean on. This guy has two free kicks against Real Madrid.

I didn't think it was a particularly good game. Neither side had an abundance of quality. Both would be considered very poor champions. That said, at least City have Cherki & Haaland as stand-out attacking performers in the PL. You wouldn't choose any of Arsenal's attackers in a team of the season.

The thing is, City are massive cheats & their players are pumped full of juice but Arteta played a rapist for a season, & Arsenal sacked their kitman for supporting Palestinians' right to live. There was the Ozil controversy as well. Also, nothing City achieves actually counts. Easy choice really.

That's a fucking disgrace. Maguire would be walking and a three match ban would follow. Martinez would be launched as well. Can't mess up someone's pretty hair bobble but you can rip their shirt off them and then try to headbutt them.

How's Gabriel not got a red card for that?! Casemiro would be banned from football for life.

Genuinely think Gabriel and Saliba are massively overrated. They look good because the team plays super defensive and those two rarely come up against top tier forward players through the middle.

They're back on cycle.

Oh look. The ref has called a free kick at a corner. Maybe they could do that more often.

Who's this Mosquera geezer? He's shite.

Someone shut Gary Neville up. Fucking hell he does prattle on.

What a goal that is. I wonder how much City paid in hidden payments and bribes for Cherki? Also, I wonder how much his "medical team" are responsible for his upped athleticism this season.

Says a lot that Arteta has gone with Havertz over Gyokeres today.

Yes. Fair. Could be a top player. Only 20 yrs old.

A month's wages for Rashford. It's a bargain.

Four for the first team squad. Maybe five at a stretch. Then we may sign a few for the youth team like we did with Diego Leon.

Easier said than done but it's how you build squads for the long term.

Obviously you would prioritise based on things like age, transfer fee, transfer budget, team needs etc. but I like the way Cunha & Mbeumo have settled. I think we could build the core around those types of players & then sprinkle in signings like Lammens & Dorgu. With a splurge like Sesko.

Updated list of transfer targets in line with "PL proven" strategy who are gettable with reasonable fees (I think):

Anderson, Gibbs-White
Verbruggen, Van Hecke, Baleba, Welbeck
Branthwaite, Ndiaye
Kayode, Schade, Thiago
Joao Gomes
Wharton, Mitchell, Munoz
Van de Ven
Senesi, Scott, Kroupi Jr
Hall

I know the goal was ruled out but Ndiaye is another player we should be keeping an eye on. He is quality. Gives us something different off the left as well. In line with our transfer strategy (PL proven) and he's 26 so coming into his best years. He could give us those years.

How has Van Dijk not been booked there? Oaf.

The usual "inconsistency" from these crap refs. They have to come out and admit they're either incompetent or they're corrupt / have an agenda. They can't claim it's a mistake with the shadow of VAR looming.
