It's not until very recently in history that we've been able to stay connected all the time, and that's not really healthy for us. It feels weird to finally get out of survival mode and enter stability. It's important to recognize your achievements and congratulate yourself. It's the departure from survival mode causing you to feel alone; this too shall pass and you'll feel a stronger connection with those close to you in time!
