Working on a better version of yourself is admirable but remember it is still “WORK”

We need to remember to prioritize rest, even in our desires to become more. Remember, rest is holy.

Just curious.

If you grew up in a religious, spiritual, regular church attending home etc .. (It doesn’t have to be Christian and you don’t have to disclose your religious identity)

What were you taught about the nature and purpose of suffering?

Just a quick observation. I have never seen “secular” artists get dragged on social media for doing songs with Christians.

Anyway. Carry on.

Dear friends,

Showing up doesn’t obligate you to put on a show. You don’t have to perform in order to be acknowledged, accepted, loved, or even appreciated. Sometimes the courage to simply take up space is what makes you the most beautiful person in the world.

The stillness & silence from the cemetery on the Saturday after Good Friday is an act of solidarity. God sits with us in suffering, loss, & grief & it’s when God remains silent that we become aware that it is because God is listening.

3 days post op & I feel pretty good. Sore but pain is manageable. I don’t know why but I literally just realized that tomorrow is Palm Sunday. Not quite sure I’m ready to do church yet so it may be online worship for me tomorrow.

As always thanks for your prayers and well wishes.

Blessings

Some of us are over budget. Some of us are over extended. Some of us over worked. And most of us are just over IT. That’s why we need MARGIN and God knew this and asked us to not only have MARGIN but to remember it is HOLY.
