I suppose. After all, if you were to try to find the initial posts buried beneath all the other ones that I do on my main, it could be tedious to look for them whereas this is obviously a dedicated account for JUST my artwork 😅

I say this because I want to focus on growing my main account, and I'm probably not going to get much use out of this one for the time being anyways seeing as like I mentioned before, I'm going to take a bit of a break from drawing so I can work on some other unrelated projects of mine.

I'm ngl, I'm debating on whether or not I actually want to keep this account around, cause there was a very specific reason that I had even made it in the first place and I feel like it has pretty much served its purpose by now. I wonder if anyone would object 🤔

Second #PortfolioDay of 2026! The past three months were mostly marked by me drawing other peoples' characters but the big highlight here is the piece that I was just barely able to get done in time to be able include it in this post which I had been working on since the final couple days of 2025! 🔥

A redraw of a traditional art piece by @miniluv73.bsky.social, in which Miles "Tails" Prower, Charmy Bee, and Cream the Rabbit are playing jump rope, but instead of an actual rope, Whisper the Wolf makes Tangle the Lemur's tail spin in the air which they have to jump over instead.

After three and a half months on and off of making it, my redraw of @miniluv73.bsky.social's traditional piece is finally complete!

Gonna be taking a quick break from art so I can focus on some other personal projects. It might mean I'll be cutting it close trying to get the my big piece done in 2 weeks but to be honest, I think this month is probably gonna be a bit slow anyways, what with me trying to learn CSP and all.

I didn't really draw enough to make an art summary post for February so I'm going to lump that in with art from this month because except for the Belle drawing that I made in January, the output I've had so far this year is all pretty much the same, mostly just drawing other people's characters.

At this point I don't think I'm gonna be able to completely finish before the month is out :/

Worst case scenario I'm hoping I can at least manage to be able to feature it in my next #PortfolioDay post, so at least it'll mean that I did SOMETHING in April this year as opposed to in 2025 🙏

This is such a random thing I just happened to notice but it's my honor that when you take a look at @weepinganemone.bsky.social's Ko-fi, the first example you see for painted scenes is my Glacier comm! I can't appreciate this sort of thing enough and it always makes me so happy to see ;~;

So are people still doing this? Well, after seeing Mini's entry for my Twitter DTIYS, I figured it would only be fair if I hosted something similar over here!

(Also because I never actually got to participate in any of these where the other person was the one actually doing the drawing ☹️ )

Also, there will be times that I just really, really want to buy a commission from someone, but I'll be honest, I'm not exactly THE most creative person when it comes to brainstorming art ideas, so this is just something simple that I can ask for and have clear references of so they can ace it :/

I wonder if people think that the fact that I keep paying people to draw Glacier in this pose gets repetitive...

Well, the thing is that I just really like it! I love seeing people bringing out his joy and whimsy through their art, as well as how he wants to be just like his best friend Tails...

I've said on multiple occasions before that I want to do like, more Mario art and other stuff but the thing is that I just don't really have the ideas for it like I do with the Sonic stuff I've pretty much mainly doing ever since I started :/
